We are committed to making our website as accessible as possible. We aim to meet Web Accessibility standards in all parts of the website.

On the recommendation of the RNIB, we are not using access keys due to the conflict with standard functionality that it can cause.

We advise users to refer to their browser settings as the combination of keys varies with different products and operating systems e.g. with Macintosh, press Ctrl key access key and with Microsoft Windows, Alt key access key in IE and Shift key, Alt key Access key in Mozilla Firefox.
